do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes! Please call us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment otherwise you may be charged full amount of cancelled service. We do the best to run on time and respect your time please be respectful of ours. If we don’t receive a 24 hour notice we cannot get that time slot filled. Thank you for understanding.
how do i schedule?

What are your hours?
Currently our hours are Monday 9 - 4, Tuesday, Wednesdays, Thursday - 11am - 8pm, Closed Fridays, and open every other Saturday 9am - 2pm.
what can i expect from my service provider during my salon or spa visit?
Your service provider will consult with you prior to the service to find out your goals and preferences, and can make recommendations if appropriate. She or he will let you know what to expect, and will find out if you have any special needs or concerns
can i wear makeup to my lash appointments?
NO! Please arrive with a makeup clean face!
